GDB d.o.o. offers a complete AMI solution which is based on an open architecture. The AMI system software is therefore designed according to the principle of enabling communication with counters of various manufacturers, thus ensuring the user the independence from individual meter manufacturer.

GDB d.o.o also provides the following functionalities within its own AMI system:

  • peak control;
  • dynamic tariffing;
  • remote control of consumers;
  • agreed reduced consumption (Demand Response);
  • restriction – consumption reduction;
  • remote shutoff of individual low voltage consumers;
  • distributed energy resources control;
  • real-time control of total electrical energy distribution system;

  • data analyse;
  • consumer support.

 

In connection to the integration platform, which is based on the Common Information Model (CIM) standard (IEC 61968 and IEC 61970) and is the outcome of GDB d.o.o. company’s own development process, the AIM system can be introduced to other information systems, such as distribution system management, customer relationship management (CRM), geographic information system (GIS), host bus adaptor (HBA), etc., thus forming a uniform system that allows the user efficient management of the total distribution network, including from high to low voltage. This provides the distributor with control practically to the last consumer in the network.

GDB d.o.o. company also offers smart household and industrial meters. The meters support the DLMS protocol through GSM/GPRS, RS 485 or PLC.

The IP meter supporting communication through GSM/GPRS, WiFI, WiMAX and Enthernet is the latest generation of meters, which have been developed based on our own knowledge.
